Robert is a native of Houma, Louisiana, where he was a star football player growing up. His abilities in the classroom and on the field earned him a full scholarship to attend Southern University in Baton Rouge, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in microbiology. Robert went on to play football for both the Detroit Lions and the Oakland Raiders prior to pursuing his lifelong dream of a career in law.
He attended Southern University Law Center on a full scholarship. As a law student, Robert received CALI Awards in the fields of Property, Trial Advocacy, and Sales and Leases prior to earning his Juris Doctor in May 2010.
He is admitted to practice law in the state of Louisiana, and worked as a solo practitioner at a private practice in Baton Rouge for four years before joining the Dudley DeBosier team. He now primarily practices in the fields of personal injury, civil litigation, family, and business law.
As an attorney with our firm, Robert takes pride in taking the time to explain and clarify complicated aspects of the law to his clients so they can feel informed and respected. He genuinely cares for his clients, and considers communication and trust to be essential cornerstones of the attorney-client relationship.
When he isn’t helping others in the office, Robert enjoys spending time with his family. He also loves being out in nature and is an avid fisherman, hunter, and outdoorsman.
