Lidia is a native Houstonian, and attended the University of Houston Main Campus and Downtown Campus where she received her Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science. After graduating, Lidia began her legal career as a legal assistant. Lidia then went on to earn her Juris Doctorate Degree from Southern University Law Center and has called Baton Rouge her home ever since. Throughout her Law School Career, Lidia was accepted to multiple competitive internships across the country. Lidia interned with Law School Admission Counsel in Pennsylvania in their Diversity Initiatives department, and the Texas Legislative Internship Program in Houston where she was a student representative for inmates on Texas death row. In her final year of law school, Lidia completed her final internship with Honorable Judge Shelley Dick and also worked for the Licensed Professional Counselors Board of Examiners as the assistant to the director of disciplinary action.

Prior to joining the Dudley DeBosier team in 2019, Lidia gained four years of experience practicing Personal Injury and Workers’ Compensation with a boutique law firm in Baton Rouge. Lidia’s favorite part of her job is being able to advocate for her clients.  Lidia is a member of the Baton Rouge Bar Association, the Louisiana State Bar Association, and the American Inns of Court. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling to the beach with her husband and son, fishing, and scuba-diving.
