Legal Assistant

Kristi Maggio, a dedicated Legal Assistant, is a Baton Rouge native with a unique educational and professional journey. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from Southeastern Louisiana University. She further expanded her knowledge by obtaining a Paralegal Certification from Baton Rouge Community College (BRCC), revealing her transition into the legal field.

Before joining the Dudley DeBosier team in 2022, Kristi accumulated a wealth of professional experience. She spent five years as a Registered Nurse, providing invaluable care in the healthcare industry. Following this, she dedicated a decade to being a stay-at-home mom, raising her family. Her decision to return to school and become a paralegal led her into the legal field, where she primarily worked in insurance defense before coming to Dudley DeBosier.

In 2020, Kristi embarked on her professional journey as a paralegal, eventually bringing her expertise to Dudley DeBosier in 2022. While her career is notable, she has also made her mark as a dedicated mother to her 14-year-old son and 9-year-old daughter, alongside two furry family members – her cats. Outside her professional life, Kristi enjoys reading and dedicates quality time to her children. Her passion for LSU sports and support for the New Orleans Saints are a testament to her enthusiasm for the world of sports.
