MiLisa York

Legal Assistant

MiLisa was born and raised in Boonville, Indiana. She received her Certification in Computer Programming from Cameron Business College in 1986. She is currently Lieutenant Governor of 8W for the LA-MISS-TN District of Kiwanis International. In 2017, she was awarded the Olin K. Dart Kiwanian of the Year, and in 2018, she was recognized as a Distinguished Kiwanian at the District Convention in Natchez, Mississippi. Prior to joining the Dudley DeBosier family in 2021, MiLisa worked as a data entry clerk for the Law Office of Frederick Gisevius. Following that, she worked as the legal secretary to Leah N. Engelhardt at Preis PLC. She is also a Veteran of the United States Army.

MiLisa is motivated by her passion for life and helping people. She always has a heart full of gratitude and hope that she can make a difference in someone’s life. Her favorite part of her job is having the ability to work one on one with clients to help them get their life back on track after experiencing a life-altering event. Aside from her time spent in the office, MiLisa loves spending time with family, fishing, reading, and relaxing on her front porch.
