Get Home Safely from Your St. Patrick’s Day Celebration on Us!

Thank you for helping us make this lucky and festive day safer by getting a free ride home from your St. Paddy’s Day Celebration. 

Things to know:

  1. When will I receive the code?
    • Codes will be sent via email or text message at 11 a.m. on 3/14/20.
  2. How far will the Lyft take me?
    • The code is good for (1) one-way trip up to $20 and expires at midnight on 3/14/20.
  3. Do I have to attend one of the St. Patrick’s Day celebrations to use my code?
    • Yes, your ride must originate from the Wearin’ of the Green Parade in Baton Rouge, the Irish Channel Parade in New Orleans, or Patty in the Parc in Lafayette for your promo code to work.
  4. How do I use a promo code in Lyft?
    • Open the Lyft app.
    • Tap the menu icon in the top left corner.
    • Tap ‘Promos’ in the menu that appears.
    • Tap ‘Enter promo code’ to add your code (remember to check spelling).
    • Tap ‘Apply’ to finish.

    Scheduled rides are NOT eligible for promotions, so you must redeem your code with a real-time ride request.

    After you follow these steps, you’ll see if the code is valid for your account. You’ll also see the promotion amount, expiration date, and other terms.

    • You can sign up and download the app here.
