Chad Lederman

Chad Lederman

Director of Legal Operations

Originally from Brigantine, New Jersey, Chad lives by the adage “Home is where the heart is,” and considers himself to be from all over. He attended high school in Sumrall, Mississippi, and college at the University of Mississippi in Oxford.

Although he worked part time through both high school and college, Chad was on the honor roll and dean’s list at Ole Miss. During his undergraduate studies, he also worked for the campus newspaper, The Daily Mississippian, and the college radio program, Rebel Radio. Chad is a member of Sigma Alpha Epsilon fraternity and served as Judicial and Public Relations chairs before graduating cum laude with a degree in journalism in 2010.

Chad wanted to become a lawyer so he could help people and pay forward all the help he has received in his life. He enrolled at Loyola University New Orleans College of Law, where he was selected to join The Order of Barristers. A member of the Trial Advocacy team, Chad served as the Loyola Law Trial Advocacy Program President and competed at the national level in Chicago, where he placed in the top four.

During law school, Chad also served as a student practitioner in Loyola’s law clinic and represented indigent clients in the area of criminal defense under Rule XX. He clerked for several prominent law offices in the New Orleans area and also studied comparative law in Vienna, Austria, during a summer session.

Admitted to the Louisiana Bar in 2014, Chad joined the Dudley DeBosier team where he focuses on personal injury cases. Chad most enjoys the detective work of being a lawyer—figuring out how to prove something did (or didn’t) happen and gathering evidence to support and protect his clients’ best interests. He is a member of the New Orleans Bar Association and the Louisiana State Bar Association.

When he’s not in the office, Chad enjoys spending time with his wife and two dogs, trying new restaurants, watching movies, and cooking up the occasional backyard feast on his smoker or grill.
