Jill Prather

Legal Assistant

Jill was born and raised in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, where she earned an Associates Degree in both Criminology and General Studies, along with a Paralegal Certificate, Realtor Sales Certificate, and a Broker Degree! Before joining the Dudley DeBosier family in 2019, she gained over 23 years of experience working for Defense Attorneys and navigating her way through the legal field. Somehow, she also managed to become Volunteer of the Year at CASA! 

Jill’s favorite part of her job is the family atmosphere within the office. Aside from her time spent tending to her clients, Jill enjoys a number of hobbies from horse-back riding, hiking, camping, and fishing, to archery, playing the guitar, and running 5ks. Jill’s favorite quote is “When you reach the end of your rope, tie a knot and hang on,” by Franklin D Roosevelt.
