Olga Fofanova

Attorney

Born and raised in Russia, Olga is a graduate of South Ural State University Law School in Chelyabinsk, Russia. She was admitted into the practice of law in that jurisdiction in 2009. Olga later moved to the United States to continue her legal education, landing at Loyola University New Orleans College of Law.

While at Loyola, Olga was an active participant in the Trial Advocacy program, which selected her to represent Loyola at two high-profile national competitions, in New Orleans, Louisiana and Waco, Texas. She then became involved as an assistant coach of Trial Advocacy teams. Olga was also a member of the Loyola Maritime Law Journal, which honored her with the publication of her student comment, “Medicare Set-Asides in Maritime Personal Injury and Jones Act Claims,” an article addressing the very practical, yet complex, implications of personal injury settlements involving Medicare recipients.

Upon earning her Juris Doctor degree from Loyola, Olga was admitted to practice before all Louisiana state courts. As a proud member of the Dudley DeBosier team, she is eager to use her legal training and advocacy skills to service clients from all walks of life in need of justice and assistance.

In her spare time, Olga enjoys spending time with her better half, her family, and friends. She is fluent in Russian, and is also learning Spanish. She has come to love the New Orleans culture and food so much that you shouldn’t be surprised if she shows up at your next crawfish boil.
