We give each case the time and attention it deserves, and we treat everyone who walks through our doors like family.
From auto accidents to defective product injuries to workers’ compensation claims, we’re here to help Louisiana injury victims.
We value building relationships with the many people and organizations that make Louisiana a great place to live.
Dudley DeBosier has a trusted team of personal injury lawyers who have been helping injured people in Louisiana.
Merten, a military brat, was mostly raised in Dalhart, Texas. After high school, Merten enlisted in the United States Navy. After a few years, he was selected to become a Naval Officer and sent to the university of his choice. While on active duty, Merten attended Texas A&M University and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Leadership Studies. While at A&M, he was a part of the NROTC and sat on various panels to assist veterans transitioning from the military to civilian life. Upon graduation, Merten attended Naval Flight School in Pensacola, Florida. In 2014, Merten was Honorably Discharged from the Navy. Prior to joining the Dudley DeBosier family in 2020, Merten served as the Chief Operating Officer of Legal Monkeys and later as the Senior Vice President of the records division for Lexitas Legal.
Merten chose to work in the legal industry because of his passion to help people. He strives to ensure our clients’ needs are put first. Merten’s favorite part of his job is having the opportunity to help everyone he meets become the best version of themselves. His motivation is his family and all of the great people he works with.
