April 7th, 2017
During the flood of 2016, the Greater Baton Rouge Food Bank lost roughly 1 million pounds of food. This devastating loss set the food bank back in day-to-day operations as well as, ongoing and new initiatives. In support of the food bank, Dudley DeBosier is proud to sponsor both Empty Bowls and Strike Out Hunger, Saturday, April 8, 2017. All proceeds from the events directly benefit the food bank.
Strike Out Hunger will be held at the Rasin’ Cane’s River Center, where participants can bowl and enjoy a family atmosphere. Chad Dudley will be featured as a celebrity bowler. Empty Bowls will be held at the Main Library at Goodwood, and each ticket holder will leave with a handmade ceramic bowl.
The Greater Baton Rouge Food Bank serves 11 parishes in our area. Every dollar donated can provide up to 4 meals. They rely heavily on community support, and last year over 4,025 volunteers donated their time to help the food bank.

If you’ve been injured, we can arrange a virtual meeting in order to start work on your case right away.
While COVID-19 presents a danger to our community, we will adhere to Louisiana State Law and Gov. John Bel Edwards's recommendations, and close our physical office. However, we remain fully operational, and we’ll continue to offer our services via telecommunications.
