Rachel Culotta Breaux

Attorney

Rachel grew up in New Orleans and earned her undergraduate degree in Political Science and minor in History from the University of New Orleans in 2004. During her time at UNO, Rachel was received the Outstanding Political Science Graduate Award, the Distinguished Professor Werner J. Feld Award, the Chancellor’s Scholarship, and was a member of Phi Kappa Phi Honor Society while maintaining her position on the Dean’s list.

Rachel then went on to earn her Juris Doctorate from Loyola University New Orleans College of Law. While in law school at Loyola, Rachel was a member of the Sports and Entertainment Law Society, the Federalist Society, and spend a lot of her time at the Loyola Mediation Clinic.

Prior to joining the Dudley DeBosier team in 2019, she worked as a research consultant and account executive for specialized law firms and state and local government, in Personal Injury Law at another firm, and also gained experience in a business development role working as an Attorney General Specialist for AGO’s around the country.

Rachel is a member of the Louisiana Bar Association, the Jefferson Bar Association, and is admitted to all state and federal courts in Louisiana and the US Court of Appeal for the Fifth Circuit. Rachel chose to become an attorney because of her passion for helping people in their time of need. She loves that she has the opportunity to assist people who may not have the resources to fight for their rights on their own.

In her spare time, Rachel enjoys reading, traveling with her husband and daughter, and cheering on the New Orleans Saints and Pelicans. Her favorite quote is “Every passing minute is another chance to turn it all around,” by Cameron Crowe.
